Delivery FAQ's
We operate a plain packaging policy on all goods we send for your privacy & security.
We send goods by courier and despatch all orders placed before 4pm Monday - Thursday the same day for next day delivery. We charge a simple £5.95 for next day delivery on all orders regardless of how much you order. Some heavy items will incur a surcharge but you'll be advised of this at checkout.
On large volume or commercial orders we offer a next day pallet service - contact us for rates and availability.
Our couriers will require a signature upon delivery and won't leave your order with a neighbour unless you tell us at checkout. In the unlikely event that your item is delivered damaged please report this to us within 24 hours, you will be issued a returns reference and we will arrange for the collection and replacement of your order.
