Each tent is constructed from strong and tear resistant 420D nylon fabric which has a highly reflective (97%) mylar interior. The frames are made from a patented steel material that is incredibly strong. Each model features viewing windows to inspect your plants without disturbing their light cycle, double socked air and electrical inlets and high quality zippers.

It offers a simple and lightweight frame that incorporates nylon corners but still has multiple choices of ducting and cable glands all with double seals.
The main frame is made from 16mm steel poles and has nylon corners. It is made of Tri-Layer 210 Denier material with a new reflective liner called UltraLux which offers up to 30% high reflectivity over traditional products; while the Tivax zips fitted to all doors have proven ability to offer a quality seal when closed.
The LightHouse LITE 1m² Tent has extraction through the roof with a 250mm (10") sock and 2 x inline 250mm (10") socks for use with air-cooled lighting. There are also 3 x low-level passive air vents with fine (anti-mite) mesh and it also includes light proof covers for when they are not in use. How do grow tents work and why do you need one?
Grow tents are small portable containers used for growing plants indoors, creating a closed indoor space so you can create the ideal growing environment and ensure the best plant growth possible. They use a silver (mylar) interior to reflect light (although some use a reflective white material).
They are excellent for indoor hydroponics setups, by containing odours, reflecting light (preventing hot spots), controlling temperature, humidity, lightproof (dark room), and are designed to integrate with fans, carbon filters, ducting socks, and access holes for electric cables – you control every aspect of the environment.
Many people choose a grow tent to save themselves money vs an entire grow room.
They are sometimes called a propagation tent, a propagator tent, indoor gardens, a growing tent, or a hydroponic tent.
What are the best indoor grow tents?
The best indoor grow tents depend on what you favour (quality or price). Our range of LightHouse grow tents are made with high-quality strong zips and durable materials, with a dense weave to keep out the light, but are relatively cheap for the quality. All growers will tell you that disassembling a grow tent and putting up a new one is time-consuming, so make sure you get it right the first time.

What are grow tents made from and lined with?
The outer fabric of a hydroponic grow tent is usually made from polyester or nylon, which is then bonded to a reflective material made from Mylar (which is either silver or white).
This then creates an enclosed growing space so your plants can prosper, the perfect indoor garden.
